This Legal Notice governs the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the website located at https://www.spaceforedu.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by Proyecto Rosford S.L.U. (hereinafter, “ROSFORD”), with registered office at Calle Bahía de Alicante 82, Madrid, Spain, and Tax Identification Number (CIF) B-72654668, made available to the user (hereinafter, the “User”).
Use of the Website implies the User’s full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms of Use, which are applicable at the time of each access. Therefore, if the User does not agree with any of the terms set forth herein, they must refrain from using the Website. ROSFORD reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the present General Terms of Use, as well as any other general or specific conditions, rules of use, instructions, or legal notices that may be applicable. Furthermore, ROSFORD reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, or cease operation of the Website at any time and at its sole discretion.
The services offered through the Website are intended for residents of Spain. Any natural or legal persons who reside or are domiciled in other countries, whether within the European Union or outside of it, must ensure that access to and use of the Website and/or its content is permitted under their own applicable legislation. In any case, access to and use of the Website by Users not residing in Spain shall be deemed to be performed under their sole responsibility, with ROSFORD being released from any liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Through the Website, ROSFORD provides Users with access to various content, information, and data (hereinafter, the “Content”) made available by ROSFORD, third-party service or content providers, or affiliated entities. ROSFORD and such entities reserve the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the design, structure, navigation, visual appearance (“look-and-feel”), configuration, and location of the Website, as well as the Content and the conditions required for accessing or using the Website. Among the Content offered, there is an area with restricted access for Users who have registered in advance (the “Registered Users”), whose access and use are subject to the provisions outlined in section 3 of this document.
Access to the Website and/or the Content does not imply any form of guarantee regarding the suitability of the Website or the Content for the specific purposes intended by the User. ROSFORD may establish additional limitations and/or conditions for use or access to the Website or the Content, which shall be observed by the User at all times.

The User shall refrain from using the Website and/or the Content in any unauthorized or fraudulent manner; attempting to access restricted areas without complying with the necessary conditions; using the Website or Content for unlawful, illegal, harmful purposes or in ways that contravene these terms, good faith, or public order, or that may affect the rights and interests of third parties or damage, disable, or impede the normal operation of the Website; causing harm to the systems of ROSFORD, its providers, or third parties; introducing or disseminating computer viruses or other physical or logical systems capable of causing harm to ROSFORD or others; attempting to access, use, or manipulate data without authorization; reproducing, copying, distributing, publicly communicating, transforming, or modifying the Content without the express authorization of the rights holder, or unless legally permitted; removing, hiding, or manipulating copyright notices or other identifying information regarding intellectual or industrial property rights; and obtaining or attempting to obtain Content through means or procedures other than those expressly provided or commonly accepted as safe within the internet environment.
Users who wish to establish a hyperlink or link to the Website (a “Link”) from their own websites must obtain the prior written authorization of ROSFORD by submitting a request to center@spaceforedu.com. If authorized, such Users shall be subject to the following conditions: the Link shall only provide access to the homepage of the Website and shall not reproduce it in any way; no Links shall be established to any page other than the homepage; no frames or border environments shall be created around the Website; no false, inaccurate, or misleading statements shall be made regarding the Website; it shall not be implied that ROSFORD has in any way supervised or approved the content or services provided by the linking website; the linking website shall not contain any trademarks, trade names, business signs, logos, slogans, or other distinctive signs belonging to ROSFORD or its affiliated entities, without express prior authorization; and the linking website shall not contain any unlawful content or information that violates generally accepted morals or public order, or infringes on the rights of third parties. The existence of such a Link shall not, under any circumstances, imply the existence of a relationship between ROSFORD and the owner or operator of the linking website, nor shall it imply the knowledge, acceptance, or endorsement by ROSFORD of the content or services hosted thereon. ROSFORD shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the introduction of such Links by third parties, or for the information, content, or services offered on those external websites.
To access and use the restricted access areas, Users must be previously registered with ROSFORD or the relevant service provider and must use the appropriate credentials provided to them. Registered Users are fully responsible for safeguarding their access credentials and shall be held liable for any damages arising from misuse, disclosure, loss, or unauthorized access. Any access or use of the restricted area made using the credentials of a Registered User shall be deemed to have been made by said User, who shall be solely responsible. Registered Users may change their credentials by request. In the event of password loss or any circumstances that could endanger account security, the Registered User must immediately notify ROSFORD, who will proceed to block and replace the credentials as appropriate.
The User acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the Website, its source code, design, navigation structure, databases, and all elements contained therein—including trademarks, logos, trade names, text, images, graphics, design, sound, software, flow diagrams, audio, video, and layout—are the exclusive property of ROSFORD or its licensors.
Access to the Website shall in no case be interpreted as any kind of waiver, transfer, license, or assignment of said rights, unless expressly stated otherwise. These General Terms do not grant Users any rights to exploit, modify, reproduce, distribute, or publicly communicate any part of the Website or Content without prior written authorization from ROSFORD or the holder of the corresponding rights.

The provision of services via this Website and these General Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Madrid, Spain, and waive any other jurisdiction that may otherwise apply.
